Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food. For any special dietary needs or accommodation, please speak to the manager on duty.
No, we reserve our indoor seating area for visitors that are eating from Port Bytes. Please do not reserve seating for a birthday or celebration in the seating area.
All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Our facility has an ATM on site. We do not accept personal checks.
We only allow trained service animals into the facility that meet the ADA requirement to be a service animal.
Yes! Portals encourages visitors to post their experience through their social media platforms!
There is no fee to enter the facility. Each attraction can be purchased in the facility or online.
Yes! Portals has an app that tracks redemption and loyalty points as well as reloading and purchasing new access cards.
